01Scope and acceptance
1.1These terms cover the STALBASE website, tools, accounts, public materials and BaseAI. “Team” and “we” mean the STALBASE administration; “user” and “you” mean a person using the service. Legal enquiries can be sent to team@stalbase.tech.
1.2Read the terms before using the service. Signing in through EXBO and using features after being given an opportunity to read this document constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you disagree, stop using the relevant features. The Privacy Policy separately governs data processing; these terms do not replace consent where the law requires it.
02Independent project status
2.1STALBASE is an independent fan information service for STALZONE players. It is not an official EXBO product, division, representative or partner and does not act on EXBO’s behalf.
2.2Game names, images and other rights holders’ materials are used for identification and reference. Displaying material, a link or data does not imply endorsement by its owner. STALBASE does not sell game items or execute transactions between players.
03Accounts and access security
3.1Public features may work without registration. Account sign-in uses EXBO OAuth: STALBASE does not receive your EXBO password. Do not share sessions or tokens or impersonate another account holder.
3.2If you suspect unauthorized access, end available sessions and contact the team. You are responsible for your own actions and those of people to whom you knowingly gave access. An action originating from your session does not prevent you from showing that the session was compromised.
04Permission to use the service
4.1Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use STALBASE’s interface and features for lawful personal tasks. Access does not transfer exclusive rights to original materials, software or protected databases. Access restrictions follow section 10.
4.2Reviews, streams and legally permitted quotations are allowed with credit to STALBASE and a source link, without implying an official partnership. Reselling access, mass republication or commercial use of protected materials requires separate permission unless the law or the material’s license provides otherwise. Open components remain governed by their own licenses.
05Prohibited conduct
5.1Unauthorized access, exploitation outside an agreed security test, malware, service disruption, bypassing restrictions or quotas, and excessive load are prohibited. Do not use other people’s accounts, disguise request origins or present your product as STALBASE.
5.2Threats, harassment, fraud, spam, publication of another person’s secrets or personal data without a lawful basis, and other violations of law or third-party rights are prohibited. Automated use is also governed by section 20. Good-faith vulnerability reports are addressed in section 21.
06Materials and intellectual property
6.1Original copy, design, code and protected database elements of STALBASE receive the protection provided by law. Rights to game materials, names, images, libraries and other third-party objects remain with their owners. We do not claim exclusive rights to game facts or public information as such.
6.2Do not remove attribution, copy protected materials beyond permitted uses or use project identifiers to mislead people. A specific open license takes priority for the material it covers. Rights holders’ reports are addressed in section 23.
07Sources and data processing
7.1The service uses game APIs, public sources, user materials and provider infrastructure. Information may be delayed, differ between regions or game versions, be incomplete or temporarily unavailable. A profile or statistics do not establish a person’s identity or, alone, prove a game-rule violation.
7.2The Privacy Policy describes processing of personal data, cookies, BaseAI messages and files. A public profile does not authorize harassment, unlawful profiling or bypassing restrictions. Contact the team to report an error or make a request about your data.
08Availability and feature changes
8.1Free reference features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted operation, a particular speed, complete data coverage or permanent availability of a specific feature. Maintenance, failures, source delays and game changes are possible.
8.2We may develop, change or discontinue free features taking account of security and technical capacity. This does not override legal requirements or separately agreed paid-service obligations. Keep your own copies of important materials: the service is not a guaranteed archive or backup store.
09Verification and responsibility
9.1Calculations, prices, builds, statistics and recommendations are for reference. Check primary sources before purchases, exchanges or other significant decisions. STALBASE does not promise game benefits, income, a particular outcome or protection from sanctions by the game owner.
9.2To the extent permitted by applicable law, the team does not compensate lost profits or indirect losses arising from the use of free reference information. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional breach or restrict mandatory consumer rights or other guarantees and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Liability depends on legally established grounds, causation and proven loss.
10Restrictions and appeals
10.1For breaches, signs of abuse, security risks or a legal requirement, we may restrict requests, specific features, publication or account access. Measures reflect the nature of the issue and the protection needed; an urgent risk may require action without advance notice.
10.2You can request a review at team@stalbase.tech, identifying your account and the circumstances. We will consider your explanation and share available information about the decision unless it would disclose safeguards, other people’s data or legally restricted information. Restrictions do not remove your right to make data requests or seek other legal remedies.
11Updates to the terms
11.1The current version and date appear at the top of this document. New terms apply to future use after publication and an opportunity to read them. They do not retroactively change grounds of liability for past actions.
11.2We announce material changes to access rules or use of user materials on the website. Publication alone does not replace separate consent or notice required by law. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and contact us about your account and data.
12Age and authority
12.1You must be legally able to accept these terms independently or have the necessary consent of a legal representative. Particular features may have additional age restrictions.
12.2If you act for an organization or another person, you must have authority for those actions and for submitting materials. You may not claim someone else’s consent without their actual permission.
13Third-party services
13.1EXBO, external websites, APIs, infrastructure and model providers operate under their own terms. Visiting another website or using its features may create separate relationships with its owner. A link is not a safety guarantee or a purchase recommendation.
13.2We do not control third-party decisions, availability or rule changes. This does not release STALBASE from liability for its own actions where the law imposes it. Third-party component licenses remain independently applicable.
14BaseAI: prompts and files
14.1Submit only materials you have the right to use and send for processing. Do not upload passwords, tokens, payment credentials, another person’s confidential information or personal data without a lawful basis. Model-provider processing of messages and files is described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2Prompts for fraud, harm, unlawful activities, infringement of others’ rights or bypassing safeguards and limits are prohibited. A model refusal does not establish unlawful conduct; the absence of a refusal does not make a prompt or result lawful.
15BaseAI: outputs and their use
15.1BaseAI generates probabilistic responses. They may be wrong, outdated, incomplete or contain inaccurate references. An output is not an official EXBO statement, a factual guarantee or professional legal, medical or financial advice.
15.2Check sources and results before use or publication. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright eligibility or absence of similarity to others’ materials. Use outputs only within the law and your available rights; do not attribute them to third parties or present them as verified official information without justification.
16BaseAI: quotas and moderation
16.1Access may depend on invitations, quotas, models, system load and safety rules. Free quotas and availability of a particular model are not promises of permanent access. Generation may stop, requests may be declined and temporary outages may occur.
16.2Do not combine accounts to evade quotas, sell access or disguise automated load. Restrictions and review follow section 10. Moderation reduces risks but does not guarantee detection of every violation or accuracy of every decision.
17BaseAI: public links
17.1Creating a public link publishes a separate snapshot of the conversation and included images. Anyone receiving the link can read it. Editing or deleting the original chat does not automatically change an existing snapshot.
17.2Check its contents and your rights before publishing. Do not include secrets, other people’s data or unlawful materials. The link may be forwarded and content saved outside STALBASE; restricting it on our website cannot remove those copies. Use the published chat’s report form or contact the team to report an issue.
18Reports and feedback
18.1Send errors, violations and questions to team@stalbase.tech or an available report form. Include the page address, issue and contact details. Account requests may require verification sufficient to protect the owner; do not send your password.
18.2Submitting an idea does not itself create an obligation to pay, implement it or enter a contract. It does not transfer exclusive rights to your materials to us. Separate collaboration agreements must be made explicitly.
19User publications
19.1You retain rights to your builds, comments, images and other materials. By posting them, you confirm your right to publish and give STALBASE non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, technically transform, display and transmit them as necessary for the selected feature. Public materials may be shown to other users; a private upload alone does not authorize public distribution.
19.2Permission lasts for publication and necessary technical deletion processing, subject to lawful retention, backups and separately created public snapshots. It does not authorize unrelated sale of the material or using your name in advertising. We may hide infringing content and consider reports under section 23.
20Automation and bulk collection
20.1Availability of a web page or technical API does not authorize bypassing restrictions, bulk extraction of protected databases, collecting personal data without a lawful basis or reproducing the service. Follow published API rules, robots.txt, request limits and technical restrictions; robots.txt does not grant rights to materials.
20.2For bulk or commercial uses not allowed by a separate license or law, agree the scope and method of access with the team. Permission for search-engine indexing does not automatically extend to other uses. Lawful rights to public facts, quotations and open components remain intact.
21Vulnerability reports
21.1If you discover a vulnerability, report the affected feature and a minimal description of reproduction. Limit verification to your own data: do not access others’ information, establish persistent access, disrupt availability or publish active secrets.
21.2These terms do not provide general permission to test infrastructure or establish a bounty program. Agree boundaries in advance for checks affecting real accounts, data or load. Consider user protection and legal requirements when disclosing information.
22Payments and voluntary support
22.1These terms do not themselves introduce a subscription, payment or paid service. If a paid feature is offered, the provider, price, duration, service scope, cancellation and refund information must be available before payment. Specific service terms and mandatory legal requirements take priority.
22.2Voluntary support with no promised service does not buy privileges, permanent access, moderation immunity or a game outcome. If a payment promises a service or benefit, the relevant offer’s rules apply; calling it “support” does not cancel the payer’s rights.
23Complaints and rights protection
23.1Include an exact link, disputed material, affected right, basis of your authority and contact details. Where necessary, provide evidence with unnecessary personal information redacted. We may request clarification, temporarily restrict material and act following verification or a lawful requirement.
23.2The author may submit explanations and evidence of their rights. Do not knowingly submit false complaints. For a proven violation, the team may seek cessation and compensation of documented losses on legal grounds and through legal procedures; these terms impose no automatic fines.
24Disputes and applicable law
24.1You may contact the team to resolve a disagreement, explaining the circumstances and desired outcome. Response deadlines follow applicable legal requirements; the absence of special deadlines here does not override statutory ones.
24.2Contacting the team is not a mandatory pre-court procedure unless the law requires it. Applicable law, competent courts and remedies follow the relevant legal rules. This document does not restrict a consumer’s legally available choice of jurisdiction or impose mandatory arbitration.
25Effect of individual provisions
25.1If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the others remain effective to the extent allowed by law. Mandatory rules take priority over these terms. A lack of immediate action on a breach does not authorize continued violation.
25.2Clearly available feature-specific rules apply alongside these terms; a separate license governs its covered materials. After use ends, provisions about material rights, past actions and dispute resolution remain relevant within applicable law.
