Better maps, histories and maintenance notices

Improvements

The maintenance notice is clearer: More details opens the official EXBO post in STALBASE colors and your interface language
Open the announcement with More details. If loading fails, retry or use the Telegram link
Map edits are kept as a draft between visits, with undo and redo controls
Your draft keeps your edits. Undo, redo and marker/area visibility are grouped at the top
Community mode lets you hide markers and all map areas separately or with one click
A shorter opening animation makes the interactive map available sooner
Bio and clan histories show all saved entries and load smoothly as you scroll
Long histories load as you scroll, keeping all saved entries accessible

Service status reports outages and recovery more accurately, with a status-page link in the footer
Long build names no longer stretch the deletion confirmation dialog
The name stays inside the dialog and both actions remain fully accessible

Added Midix & greyrock’s “до десяти” to the About playlist, with cover art and synchronized lyrics
